How we handle your data and your calls
Plain English · Ansora, Miami, FL
Security isn't a badge you slap on a page. It's how your customers' calls and your business's data actually get handled. Here it is in plain terms — written so your lawyer or your tech-savvy kid can read it and nod.
How your data is handled
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it's used for one thing: running the systems you hired us for. We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it. We don't use your calls or customer information to train some other company's product. It's yours.
Call recording & Florida consent
Florida is a two-party-consent state. If your system records calls, it's done with the disclosure and consent the law requires — the caller is told, at the start, in a way that holds up. If you'd rather not record calls at all, we can run your setup without recording. Where recordings exist, they're kept only as long as they're useful to you and then deleted — never sold, never shared with advertisers.
How long we keep things
We keep your data only as long as we need it to run your systems and answer your questions. Ask us to delete something and we will. When you leave, we don't hold your data hostage — you can take your information and your customer records with you.
Who else touches it
The tools that make your systems work — the phone provider, your calendar, our database and email service — process your data on our behalf, under our instructions, not for their own use. We pick vendors that take this as seriously as we do, and we keep that list short on purpose.
The site itself
This website runs on HTTPS everywhere, with a strict security policy that blocks third-party scripts by default. Our analytics are first-party and privacy-friendly — no ad pixels, no cross-site trackers loading in the background while you read. The lock in your browser bar is real, not decoration.
What we'll never do
- Sell, rent, or trade your data — or your customers'.
- Use your calls or records to train a public AI model.
- Load ad trackers or hidden pixels on this site.
- Hide behind jargon when you ask a straight question.
