Do I need to be technical or install anything?
No. There's no software for you to learn and nothing to install. We build it, connect it to the tools you already use, and run it for you every month. You approve the setup and get back to work.

Pricing & billing
How much does it cost?
The Starter receptionist is $500/mo. Every price is on our pricing page in plain numbers — no ranges, no "contact us for a quote" games. You'll know exactly what you pay before you ever talk to us.
Is there a long contract or setup fee?
It's month to month — cancel with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn the next month by making you money than lock you into a year you regret.
What if it doesn't pay for itself?
Every solution page shows the math with numbers you can change to your own. The honest version: if a couple of saved calls or jobs a month cover the cost, most owners come out ahead. If the numbers don't work for your business, we'll tell you on the call.

Can I start with just one thing?

Data, privacy & recording
Is my business's data safe?
Yes. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't train anyone else's product on it. The plain-English details are on our security page — written so your lawyer or your tech-savvy kid can check it.
Do you record calls, and is that legal in Florida?
Florida is a two-party-consent state, so any call recording is handled with the required disclosure and consent, and recordings are kept only as long as needed and never sold. If you'd rather not record at all, we can run without it. Full detail is on our security page.
